gbaemu

A Game Boy Advance emulator in Rust. Needs stable Rust 1.85 or
newer. No C toolchain and no SDL.

Status As of 2026-09-30, milestones M0 to M6 are done. Audio (M7)
is done except for a comparison against a reference. M8
(savestates, fast-forward, timing) is partly done. Seven
commercial games reach gameplay; see compat.txt. It uses
a built-in BIOS replacement, or a real BIOS if GBA_BIOS
          points at one.

Tests All jsmolka test ROMs pass. mGBA suite scores now:
          Memory 1552/1552, DMA 1244/1244, Timer count-up 936/936,
Timing 1956/2020, SIO timing 0/4. The missing Timing
          rows are ROM-to-ROM DMA.

Not done Live audio output has only been unit tested, there was
no sound device to try it on. No RTC or GPIO cartridge
          support.

Speed About 30 times real time headless.

Usage gba game.gba
          gba --scale 4 --no-audio game.gba
